● High strength bed. All guide rail surfaces and contact surfaces of parts are manually scraped, which makes the guide rail have high precision and long service life.
● The guide rail with double "V" and double "flat" symmetrical structure of Z axis adopts 0.0001mm grating ruler, and the minimum feed rate is 0.0001mm to ensure excellent stability and accuracy when the workbench moves forward and backward.
● The X-axis is driven by hydraulic servo and has the function of slow start at low speed. The external hydraulic station minimizes the thermal deformation of the machine tool.
● The unique design of the Y-axis column and the grinding head, which are integrally movable, makes the machine tool highly rigid. The guide rail with double "V" and double "flat" symmetrical structure ensures the high rigidity and high stability of the upper and lower axes. 0.0001mm linear grating ruler, full closed-loop control system, electronic handwheel control, minimum feed 0.0001mm.
● The three-axis mechanical handwheel allows the manual and automatic modes to be switched at will.
